What's included
- Mounting the Wall Connector on your chosen wall (garage, carport, external)
- Dedicated circuit from switchboard with correct RCD/RCBO protection
- Single-phase (32A / 7.4kW) or three-phase (32A / 22kW) configuration
- Wi-Fi commissioning and Tesla app pairing
- Load-sharing setup if you're installing multiple Wall Connectors
- Certificate of Electrical Safety and hand-over walkthrough
Do I need three-phase?
Single-phase (7.4kW) adds roughly 40km of range per hour — plenty for overnight charging on most Australian homes. Three-phase (22kW) makes sense if you drive very long daily distances, share the charger between two EVs, or already have three-phase supply. If you're not sure, choose "need advice" at booking and your installer will walk you through the trade-off before quoting.
Price
Single-phase Tesla Wall Connector installs typically sit in the $700–$900 range for labour. Three-phase runs, long cable routes, or a switchboard upgrade add to that. See the pricing page for a full breakdown.
